To return a product you must submit a return request by emailing us at info@cleholistichealth.com or calling us at 1-604-715-4286, referencing your order number, within 15 days of purchase. Unused product, boxes, and bottles MUST be returned to us to be eligible for a refund. Product issues not declared within 15 days of purchase are not entitled to a refund.

The customer is responsible for return shipping. Upon receipt of your returned product, a refund of the product price will be issued to the original payment method used to place your order.
